You can use PM Toolkit without creating an account. Website calculators run in your browser, and saved calculations use browser storage, including localStorage and IndexedDB. Clearing site data removes those local records.
Some features send data outside your browser. Creating a result card sends its display values to our server to render an image. Share links contain encoded calculator inputs; anyone with the link can read those inputs. Encoding is not encryption.
If you use the MCP service, your AI client sends calculator inputs to our server and receives results. The client or AI provider may also process that data under its own policies.
PM Toolkit uses PostHog to understand usage and investigate errors. The website is configured to capture page views, feature interactions, technical information, and session recordings. PostHog stores an identifier in localStorage to connect activity across visits. These records are not a guarantee of anonymity.
MCP analytics record operational information such as tool names, optional-parameter usage, batch sizes, response status, duration, and errors. The tool-call analytics event does not include the actual calculator input values.
Private browsing limits how long browser data persists, but does not by itself block network requests or analytics. Browser privacy tools may block analytics requests.
When you submit feedback, we receive your comment, feedback category, sentiment, optional email address, page path, timestamp, browser information, and viewport size. The submission is sent to our server and forwarded to the configured feedback service. We use it to review reports and respond when you provide contact details.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you include. Avoid including confidential business data in feedback or email unless it is needed to explain the issue.
Hosting, analytics, and feedback services process information needed for those features. Their processing is separate from calculations saved only in your browser. Review the data included before sharing a link, creating a result card, or sending a calculation through an AI client.
You can clear local calculations through your browser settings. For questions about information sent to us, or to request its deletion, contact [email protected]. PM Toolkit is not intended for users under 18.
